Making a move to a new home or a new area can be difficult and stressful. My goal is to help you find the right home in the best area and create an experience that is a pleasant and smooth one. Knoxville is made up of several geographical areas, from a thriving downtown area featuring newly renovated loft living located amongst a vibrant mix of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and business center to West Knoxville and Farragut with its lake access and parks, great shopping locations and upscale neighborhoods to rural county home sites and everything in between.
Knoxville's roots run deep and strong. The city has served as the hub of the region since its founding in 1791. The best of its Appalachian heritage remains today - a strong work ethic, a family-centered community, and an intense respect for the natural beauty that envelopes the region.
Area attractions include tremendous cultural offerings, art, live music, and unparalleled scenery and outdoor recreation opportunities. There are plenty of greenway trails, rivers, lakes, and streams in Knoxville, and the country's most visited national park is a short distance away. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a hotspot for nature enthusiasts. In autumn, the changing colors draw thousands to East Tennessee. Throughout the year hiking trails, white water rivers, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities draw visitors.
